Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We only accept returns or exchanges for defective hardware products, such as malfunctioning vape cartridges or batteries.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Accepted returns cover products with mechanical failures only (vape cartridges, batteries). Flower, edibles, and non-mechanical products are final sale. Buyer's remorse returns are not accepted.

Q: What do I need to return a defective product?

A: Per state and local law requirements, you must have the original packaging, receipt, and a functional portion of the product remaining.

A: All approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
